Quincey and Parker’s love story blossomed into a whimsical masterpiece on a hot September day in 2023 as they exchanged vows in charming Newport, Rhode Island. Their wedding was a vibrant expression of their unique personalities and love for one another, filled with eclectic touches and deeply personal moments that left a lasting impression on all who attended.
Nestled in the heart of Newport, Quincey and Parker’s wedding venue set the stage for a celebration unlike any other. With its sandy shores and stunning ocean views, it provided the perfect backdrop for their over-the-top eclectic design and colorful festivities.
Quincey and Parker’s wedding was a feast for the senses, with bright colors and unique touches that reflected their individuality and style. From the whimsical décor to the colorful floral runners and eclectic accents, every detail was thoughtfully curated to create a visually stunning atmosphere that perfectly captured their love and joy.
The day began with the bride and her bridal party getting ready at a nearby camp venue, where they shared laughter and excitement as they prepared for the day ahead. Later, during the first look, Quincey surprised Parker with a cut-out of Jerry Garcia, adding a playful and unexpected twist to this special moment. Their joy and love were beautifully captured in a collection of images that reflected their amazing personalities and attitudes throughout the entire process.
As guests arrived at the venue, they were guided to the ceremony site on the sand, where Quincey and Parker sealed their “I do’s” with bubbles, adding a touch of whimsy to their joyous union. Cocktail hour kicked off with guests finding their seats via a custom-built escort display inspired by Quincey’s love of the New York City subway and bright wildflowers, setting the tone for the colorful celebration to come.
After dinner, guests danced the night away in the ballroom to the sounds of Clockwork Boston, with Quincey and Parker’s first dance to “Burning Love” by Elvis kicking off the festivities and highlighted by their ‘secret handshake’ move. The dance floor was a blur of laughter and movement, with an Elvis impersonator even joining the couple for a memorable moment that perfectly encapsulated the fun-loving spirit of the evening. This was a party crew, and they celebrated until the sun came up, creating memories that would last a lifetime.
Quincey and Parker’s wedding was a true reflection of their love for each other and their commitment to celebrating life’s moments with creativity, joy, and a touch of whimsy. From the deeply personal touches to the amazing personalities that shone through in every aspect of the day, it was a celebration that will be remembered fondly by all who were fortunate enough to be a part of it.
