In December 2025, a deeply meaningful celebration unfolded in Easthampton, Massachusetts, as Jessica and Jeffery marked an extraordinary milestone. Hosted by Wish Upon a Wedding, an organization dedicated to granting wedding and vow renewal wishes for couples facing life-altering or terminal diagnoses, this event honored the couple’s 25 years of marriage with intention, beauty, and heart. In collaboration with Marissa Pedone Events, we had the privilege of helping bring this vow renewal to life, creating a celebration centered on love, family, and gratitude.

The day gathered 47 of Jessica and Jeffery’s closest friends and family, including their three sons, making the atmosphere both intimate and incredibly personal. Hosted at The Boylston Rooms in Easthampton, the setting offered the perfect balance of warmth and elegance, allowing the celebration to feel refined while still deeply welcoming. From the very beginning, the focus was on honoring the life and love the couple has built together over the last 25 years.

The vow renewal ceremony took place in the East Room and was officiated by Hannah from Grace Ceremonies. Thoughtfully written and emotionally resonant, the ceremony reflected the strength of Jessica and Jeffery’s partnership and the family they have nurtured together. The space was accented with stunning floral arrangements by ForeverMark Floral, creating a romantic and serene backdrop for the moment. Jessica walked down the aisle wearing a beautiful gown generously donated by Ve’Lace Bridal, carrying a gorgeous bouquet from Dandelion Florist. The emotion during the ceremony was palpable, and it truly felt like not a single dry eye was left in the room.

Following the ceremony, guests were welcomed into the West Room for a mocktail reception designed to encourage connection and celebration. Signature mocktails crafted by With A Splash Mobile Bar Service set a festive tone, while passed hors d’oeuvres by Myers Catering and an abundant charcuterie display by Charcuterie Kreations kept guests happily mingling. Throughout both the ceremony and the reception, live string music provided by SpeechLess Music added a layer of elegance and warmth, elevating the entire experience.

As guests transitioned into the reception space, they were met with a design that felt joyful, bold, and deeply personal. Inspired by the bride’s favorite colors, pink and purple were woven throughout the room in a rich jewel-toned palette that felt celebratory without being overpowering. Tabletop decor by Party Rentals Ltd. provided a refined foundation, accented by lush florals from Forget Me Not Florals that added texture and depth. The space felt immersive and inviting, striking a beautiful balance between elegance and playfulness.

Dinner was accompanied by the perfect soundtrack curated by KVN Entertainment, who later turned up the energy and kept the dance floor full well into the evening. One of the most joyful moments of the night came when Jessica and Jeffery cut into their cannoli cake from Wildrose Baking Co., followed by a generous spread of desserts from Beancounter Bakery that delighted every sweet tooth in the room.

To make the celebration even more interactive, special guest experiences were incorporated throughout the evening. Their family and friends had the opportunity to have their portraits painted live by Samia Lynn Illustrations, creating one-of-a-kind keepsakes from the night. Others enjoyed crafting their own wooden floral bouquets with supplies provided by Hillside Laser Engraving, adding a hands-on and heartfelt element that guests truly embraced.

This vow renewal was more than a celebration. It was a reminder of the power of love, community, and generosity. Bringing together such a talented team of vendors to create a meaningful and joy-filled memory for Jessica and Jeffery was an honor, and we are incredibly grateful to Wish Upon a Wedding for allowing us to be part of such an impactful and emotional experience. It was a day that will undoubtedly live on in the hearts of everyone who attended.
