Caprice and Matthew traveled from New York City to Newport, Rhode Island with a shared dream of hosting a fairytale-inspired wedding. In November 2025, that vision came to life through a thoughtfully curated celebration that paired historic architecture with deeply personal moments, set across two of Newport’s most iconic wedding venues.

Their day began at the historic Trinity Church in Newport, a timeless setting filled with reverence and grandeur. Surrounded by soaring ceilings and centuries of history, the couple exchanged vows in a ceremony that felt both intimate and meaningful, setting a beautiful, intentional tone for the day ahead.

Following the ceremony, guests made their way to Rosecliff Mansion, one of Rhode Island’s most beloved gilded landmarks. Before the celebration began, Caprice and Matthew roamed the estate for portraits with their wedding party and family, including the iconic heart-shaped staircase made famous by the 1974 The Great Gatsby movie. The images felt cinematic and romantic, perfectly echoing the mansion’s elegance. Their beloved dog, Liza, joined in as well, happily running across the oceanside lawn and adding a playful, personal touch to the afternoon.

Cocktail hour unfolded on Rosecliff’s stunning terrace, where ocean views and crisp November air created an inviting atmosphere. Inside, the Rosecliff Ballroom awaited. An unforgettable space defined by glittering chandeliers and a sky-painted ceiling. Dinner and dancing took place beneath this dreamy backdrop, where every detail felt elevated yet welcoming.

Music took center stage as The Sultans delivered an energetic and heartfelt performance. As a devoted Swiftie, Caprice was thrilled when the band surprised her with songs from Taylor Swift’s The Life of a Showgirl, instantly filling the dance floor. Their first dance to “Tiny Dancer” was equally meaningful. A nod to the song they danced to on their very first date, bringing a wave of nostalgia and emotion into the room.

Caprice’s fashion choices added another layer of excitement to the evening. Her ceremony gown made a striking statement, perfectly suited to Rosecliff’s grandeur, followed by a chic dress change that kept the celebration feeling fresh and fun. Both looks were stunning and perfectly reflective of her style.
