R&J’s wedding weekend was a vibrant, high-energy celebration that seamlessly blended cultural tradition with playful nostalgia. After kicking things off with a traditional Indian event as their Welcome Reception, the couple exchanged vows at Historic Trinity Church before exploring Newport’s most iconic coastal backdrops for their couple’s portraits. The reception at Regatta Place was an all-out party, featuring two live bands and a bold palette of pink, red, white, and blue woven throughout eclectic, 80s-inspired design details. From a retro lounge complete with nostalgic favorites to themed centerpieces and interactive elements, every moment was infused with personality and fun. The night concluded aboard the Schooner Aurora, where guests enjoyed custom “Happy Meal” boxes while taking in the Fourth of July fireworks and then were greeted by a vintage ice cream truck offering the couple’s favorite ice cream from Texas - a perfectly unexpected ending to an unforgettable celebration.
